I ordered this to color my homemade lip balms as many websites suggested but it just sank to the bottom after I poured my balms into the pots. It also smells like beets. Haha which you might expect but I didn't.
This powder was used to naturally dye my Christmas cookies. They came out really nice and you couldn't taste the beets. Now I throw it in my smoothies in the morning. Yum.
I actually bought this by mistake. I was looking for wheatgrass. I am 59 years old. I work on average 56 to 67 hours a week in customer service. The weekend comes and I hit a wall of exhaustion. I started taking moringa about a year ago it has helped with so many and things such as my hair and skin, I also quit taking a multi vitamin because the moringa offers all of the vitamins I was getting in a multi vitamin. I can’t say enough good things about moringa and this brand is awesome.
This was nicely packaged. it seems to have more moisture than I am used to in a powder supplement...an when tamping it down in the capsules...it made a mess...gotta be extra gentle I guess... but other than that I am very happy with it....an will order it again. Got here pretty fast also.
Taste like tea, because is in a powder form is so easy to mix however you desire, I personally mix in with my favorite juice, add water, tumeric and ginger shake it well and drink it chill, very refreshing, gives me energy, regulate hormones, blood pressure, blood sugar and much more health benefits.

I really like this brand of Alma I used it as a mask after I shampooed my wavy/coily hair. My hair tangles at the ends sometimes when it is coming out of braids or wash and go hairstyles. I rinsed it out with lukewarm/cool water and I liked my results! My hair is strengthening up and made my hair manageable. This alma is Great value for my money. I would purchase this henna again.
I am taking 1 tablespoons with warm milk daily and I got to notice an increase from 485 ml a day to 625 ml a day in 7 days.
My lactation consultant advised this galatagogue. But when you stop taking it , do it gradually in few days and not suddenly, else it will imbalance the hormones and drop milk supply.
