1. Returns Policy

As a standard policy, we do not accept product returns to maintain the health and safety of our customers. Once a product has been shipped, we are unable to take it back.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective item, a damaged package, or an incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at Info@rootnrisebliss.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product, including the packaging, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a free replacement for the affected item. In rare cases, we may request the return of the defective product for quality examination, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only offered in specific cases, such as:

  • If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
  • If the order is canceled before shipment

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Order Address Errors

To avoid delays or lost packages, please enter your shipping details carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at Info@rootnrisebliss.com immediately. If the package has already been shipped, any reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Purchases from Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased our product from a retail store, marketplace, or third-party website, their return and refund policies will apply. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made outside of our official website.
